(More customer reviews)I purchased this item for my husband for X-mas. We just opened it in March to blow leaves, it was impossible to get started and it was not human error. As we finally got it started and were able to use it all seemed well. Yesterday was the 3rd time we used it and while my husband was wearing the backpack the fan exploded out of the blower sending fragments flying. Luckily he was not injured. I have not as yet dealt with trying to resolve the issue so I am hoping my experience with the company is better then the other review listed here.
