(More customer reviews)This is a great concept for a lightweight camping or backpacking saw. All the materials seem to be of excellent quality.
Unfortunately, the folks at Gerber/Fiskars decided that the blade didn't need flared teeth. As a result, the kerf is the same width as the blade and the saw binds in all but the smallest cuts. Maybe the sliding handle couldn't be made to work with a flare-tooth blade but without it the saw is really only useful for twigs and very small limbs.
