(More customer reviews)I purchased this item from Polstein Home and Beyond. It was defective upon receipt, only one side of the breaker had any continuity. I called the merchant and explained the situation and the fact that I have no heat or air conditioning until the breaker is replaced. I was assured that a replacement would be sent right away and a FedEx return tag would be emailed to me to return the defective unit. The return tag was received, I boxed up the defective merchandise and sent it out, anxiously awaiting the replacement. Approximately one week later I received a notice that my charge card had been credited for the return. I never did receive the replacement and had to purchase one from another vendor.
