(More customer reviews)Purchased this roof rake at the end of December due to the heavy snow and ice in New England. Product arrived nicely packaged with all parts included. Assembly was easy. Particularly liked the design with 2 supporting brackets attached from the shovel to the handle. The rake worked as hoped, light-weight but sturdy and a good length. Also pliable enough to bend to the contour of my (addition) roof.
Have used it twice so far and it it very well made, I am confident of its quality. Buy with confidence.
