(More customer reviews)I initially purchased a "Danco" brand shower extension arm at a "big box" hardware store. It looked like the one in this picture and cost about $15. Big mistake. The brass was so thin in the arm that it bent on installation and a crack opened up. I returned it, and purchased this one from Amazon. This arm, made by Danze, was noticeably stronger, heavier, and well-made. It installed easily (it came with its own plumbers tape), and has been working fine.
