(More customer reviews)I found this WEN pole saw easy to use and it did a nice job. I really appreciated the forward handle and the shoulder strap. It made it much easier to hold and handle the saw, and transfers some of the load to the back and shoulders. The saw extends and retracts easily as well.
It does a great job on 2-4" branches, cutting easily and cleanly. I did cut down one 8" diameter branch. I had to cut through from either side and it took a while, but the end result was good.
