Cons: I would have preferred to have standard wiring instead pre-wired flexible cables with those coned wire connectors. Turning on point is not consistent, it does not turn on until you push it up all the way near the max, then when you lower the control, it will go dimmer to the level you want. But you cannot simply push it the same position after having turned it off. You have to first push it up higher for it to even come on, then you have to lower it the position you want.
