(More customer reviews)This unit is pretty versatile, and it comes with complete documentation. It provides a pair of rear-entry terminals for each connection except the switch, which has flying leads (this can save you a wire nut or bit of wire).
I really liked this, until the switch stopped working consistently. It now requires "fiddling" to make the connection. To be honest, I expected more from Leviton, and I'm hoping that this one was just a dud.
