(More customer reviews)We have had these rods for 2+ years. The handle bracket keeps breaking. At first we could get replacement ones as warranty. Now the Organize-it people say they "don't sell parts". And the maker Hafele, will not sell the part to me as a retail consumer, even though they gave me a part number.
When I called Organize-it back with this information they simply refused to help me in any way (other than sell me a new unit).
I would never again buy any product from Organize-it - they do NOT support the products they sell.
