(More customer reviews)I contacted the vendor, AG Lock and Hardware, both through Amazon and directly. I never received the courtesy of a response.
The largest flag pole the clamps will fit is 1 1/2" not 3". The average metal pole is 2" and I measured mine to be sure before I ordered the product and relied upon the description.
A necessary nut was missing.
The vendor could have corrected this problem easily and I would be happy. But their arrogance in not responding to my complaint is unacceptable to me and should be to Amazon.
