(More customer reviews)...i did not. These Lutron products are great, but research on the Lutron website which switch you need for your fixtures. This one works best with typical line voltage incandesants. I did a kitchen renovation and added switches everywhere for better controls. I wanted this switch to avoid adding a second ganged switch, however the fixtures I'm powering are all low voltage with internal transformers. While they can be dimmed, Lutron has specific switches for thier transformer type - and none in the dual dimmer configuration. One switch and its fixtures work great, but the other switch and recessed cans need to be on high for about 5 minutes before dimming, otherwise they flicker on and off. This is not the switch's fault. I did not do my research. Also, FYI - no face plate is included. Great product and speedy service getting it!
