It makes removing spider webs extremely easy, and I also use it to dust my baseboards (don't have to bend over, which at my advanced age is a problem:)and dust under the overhangs of the base of my kitchen cabinets. I am blessed with a full complement of little house spiders, and since I have a cat, can't use all the traditional sprays to get rid of them. This tool, on the other hand, disrupts the creatures, and as I use it more and more, the little guys seem to be decreasing in population. This product is sturdier than the others I've experienced, and the reach is greater than most. Overall, if you haven't tried one of these in your housekeeping armamentarium you should.
