SE Flashlight, 20 LED Silver Lamp Light Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I got this lamp to supplement inaedquate cafeteria lighting during my working weekends. I like to read while eating and the minimal lighting provided at my facility during what are off-hours for most just won't do. The 20 LEDs don't provide lighting that's as evenly distributed as a single incandescent or fluorescent bulb would provide; for that reason it's not ideal for reading, but it is tolerable, and the compact size, light weight, cord-free convenience, and affordable cost combine to make me well-satisfied with this item.

Long-Life Lamp This multi-position LED lamp stands 10" tall and functions as a desk lamp, hand-held flashlight, or hanging light, and runs for 20-plus hours on a single set of (3) alkaline D-cell batteries. (Will also take a 4.5VDC female center plug adapter if you've got one.) Has (20) LEDs in a 4" x 2-3/4" oval reflective face that ratchets up and down. Includes a switch to choose all or just (10) of the LEDs. Silver and black plastic, its life span makes it a perfect emergency light.

Grandrich EZ Reader 27-Watt Fluorescent Floor Lamp #ES-101 Review

(More customer reviews)The lamp is really secondary...it's nothing fancy, just pvc pipe really. Although as someone else noted, it's not really ugly, it's just not fancy.
But the bulb REALLY does help. I do a lot of reading and studying, and so far I have not experienced any eye fatigue. I just gave one to my mom as a pre-Christmas gift; she has had some eye problems and reads a lot and does crosswords, and she loved it from the get go.
So my recommendation is that since it's really the bulb you want, buy the cheapest lamp that you can, and I believe that this one is the most reasonably priced.
