(More customer reviews)after shopping around I picked this rod out because it was the best deal, it includes all the hardware needed to install. the rod is strong and attractive. only problem I have with it and it may be an operator's glitch is when the two main poles are flush with each other it is a lot longer than the 66" it is advertised as.

(More customer reviews)Make sure you get the one you want....the picture shows satin nickel, which is what I had been looking at originally and ended up accidentally ordering this one. The rods are a little flimsy and it doesn't lock together very well. That's my only complaint. The color I ended up with looks just as good in my living room.

(More customer reviews)We bought two rods to hang curtains on our bedroom windows, and we love them. They are sturdy, and quite nice. The satin nickel finish gives a clean look. They are easy to install. You have the option of not screwing in the scrolls on both ends, if you just want a plain satin nickel rod.
The rods came well packed and were shipped to us right away. We're very happy with our purchase.

(More customer reviews)The rod is attractive but the brackets are not. I am used to brackets that are more finished-looking. These are not meant to be seen but that would unavoidable I think. If you look closely at the picture you will see that the brackets are strictly functional. Also there is a very small portion that affixes to the wall. There are 2 nail holes but they are so close together I felt I was better off only driving one anchor.
With so many good reviews of Levolor rods, I was surprised at what I got. Four years ago I bought similar size rods that came with nice-looking brackets which were a full circle to contain the rod as well as having a set screw to keep them from sliding. Overall they gave a much more finished appearance. I am sorry now that I left them in the house I just sold. I did not know it would be impossible to find satisfactory replacements. I kept these because I've looked all over the place and can't find what I want at the price I want.
